Mingle Impressions

I was in Bangalore to check out the ThoughtWorks Master Class. They had a stall with a demo of Mingle at the venue, so I took the opportunity to have a look at it. Since it was open to the public, I’m assuming I can blog about it. There are still a couple of weeks to go before the tool hits the market (June 2007 according to the website).

The demo was both interesting and surprising.

Catalyst: Public beta available for download

Catalyst has entered public beta. The beta is available for download here. I would love all of you to try it out and give some feedback so that Catalyst can be made better. The goal is that it should be useful for you, the user, so take a look and let me know what you think.

Software Project Management — A short story

Since returning to Chennai, I’ve been working on a project management tool for small, distributed and agile teams. To illustrate my vision for the product, here is a small story. Do you find any part of the story familiar? Are there any characters that you can relate to? Maybe some of this stuff happens in your project.
