Good service is so hard to get nowadays. Thats why I’m really pleased with WebFaction. Silver Stripe Software has been hosted with them for the past couple of months and my experience has been so awesome.

First, I love the hosting plans. When they say “Hosting for an agile web”, they aren’t kidding. They have support for all the popular web frameworks and web apps (and in multiple versions too!). Getting a plan was really simple. I paid for it and within a few hours the whole account was setup. The control panel is really easy to use.

And then there is the customer service. The couple of times I’ve had questions, I was completely amazed at the service. Every question was answered promptly. Best of all, its handled directly by the owner, Remi. This means that you get quality answers to your questions.
