Cumulative Flow Diagram in Silver Catalyst

The cumulative flow graph shows the trend of the count of work in each stage of the value stream. We’ve added this report to Silver Catalyst.

Cumulative flow diagram

This graph shows you a whole lot of things. Some are obvious like whether you are getting things done, and whether you are adding new work faster than you are able to complete existing work. Some are less obvious, like monitoring work in progress, lead times and identifying bottlenecks.
