The first thought that comes to mind when thinking about project management is tracking and controlling. What is often missed out is that project management is often as much about communication and social aspects as it is about numbers and metrics. Let's admit it. Delivering software is hard. Damn hard. Our goal is to make it a little less hard with elegant solutions to difficult problems.

Hi, I'm Siddharta Govindaraj, the founder of Silver Stripe Software Private Limited. Distributed development is getting more and more common.
